If you receive an eligible product that does not meet your expectations, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Return or size exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • The product must meet all the eligibility conditions mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.

  • Be free from stains, sweat marks, odors, alterations, or any other signs of use.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

3. Size Exchange

We understand that getting the right fit is important for both training and competitive play. If you need a different size:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the size you would like to exchange.

  3. The original product will be picked up and inspected.

  4. Once the returned product passes inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We inspect products before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number along with clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.

  • After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches our facility, it will be inspected to determine whether it meets the return conditions.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or washing.
